We build throughout North Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

When you build with us, you will have a 1 year warranty on everything except pressure treated material.

Ridge Top Homes started in 2021, but has been in the construction and building industry for over 12 years.

At our first meeting, we will narrow down your needs/wants and discuss what you are looking for in your build.

The difference between Ridge Top Homes and other builders is that we give you our all! We strive to make our clients happy - from guaranteed pricing to our owner Josh visiting your job site personally.

Any change orders made will incur a $250 fee and what every cost of change made by customer with be added to the cost.
