  • When we give a base price, it will come with everything pictured in our model. There are other upgrade options as well.

    Please note that pricing on website does not always include site prep cost.

  • The average build takes 6 to 8 months to complete.

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

  • We are happy to work with you with or without having land prior to our first meeting. We have land options and an amazing realtor to work with if we do not have the property that you are looking for.

  • Start to finish, you can expect that we will be transparent in the building process with pictures and weekly schedule updates, so you know what stage your home is at every step of the way.

  • We build throughout North Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

  • When you build with us, you will have a 1 year warranty on everything except pressure treated material.

  • Ridge Top Homes started in 2021, but has been in the construction and building industry for over 12 years.

  • No at this time, but we are planning to develop spec homes in the near future.

  • At our first meeting, we will narrow down your needs/wants and discuss what you are looking for in your build.

  • The difference between Ridge Top Homes and other builders is that we give you our all! We strive to make our clients happy - from guaranteed pricing to our owner Josh visiting your job site personally.

  • Any change orders made will incur a $250 fee and what every cost of change made by customer with be added to the cost.
